Like Rein's Laplace, Witch's Laplace allows her to see the future and avoid attacks that are directed at her. It is unknown how her sigil works, though it can be assumed that it works differently than Rein's due to the fact that Witch is able to see into the future and according to her "observe a future that she wanted".
