The anime shows the Sunset Raven's strategy meeting which was skipped over in the manga.
Several scenes are removed, such as Youta's flashback and Kaito and Yukimasa meeting with the Sunset Ravens.
Rein and Sui have an anime original scene.
Kaname's scene at the end is expanded by having him recall the deaths of Hiroyuki, Hamada, and Ichirou, in addition to showing butterflies representing other deceased people.
