The Doume (ドウメ) were a group of evolved humans that came from the same unknown world line as Nihonkoku.

According to the Game Master, the Doume are humans that are the "shadow of their former selves". They resemble large gorilla like creatures with a large number of eyes on their head, which they can open and close to counter attacks that try to blind them. Their queen, which is an even larger Doume, has eyes across the shoulders and the top part of the chest in addition to their head.
The Doume are capable of using a sigil that manipulates vectors. It is shown to be weak as it can only affect light projectiles like arrows and bullets.
The Doume are implied to be Greed, thought it hasn't been confirmed if they actually are.
